Dedicated to fostering excellence in emergency response, Flat Rock Fire and EMS Training is a not-for-profit organization committed to providing training and education to Nebraska's volunteer Fire and EMS departments. Our mission is to empower Nebraska's volunteer Fire and EMS personnel by delivering affordable, high-quality training and continuing education that enhances their skills to save lives.

Through generous support through sponsorships, grants, and donations enables us to keep training costs low, ensuring that our dedicated volunteers have the tools and knowledge they need to protect our communities.

Our 2024 Flat Rock EMS Conference in North Platte, NE, drew 74 attendees and provided 14 hours of critical continuing education for out-of-hospital providers at an incredibly affordable rate of $50 per person, making it the most cost-effective conference in the state. This event underscores our commitment to providing accessible, high-quality training that directly impacts patient care.
